The jade used in this design is actually what popped off my obsession with semi-precious stone beads. It is my favorite color and tone of jade and in many of the beads, there’s an almost moonstone opalescence. I ended up purchasing all the stock the store had because I never wanted to be without them (& have coveted them for years)... but alas, I couldn’t NOT use these beads for this design. That means this one is a limited run in terms of the jade AND the freshwater rice pearls so if you like this design, don’t hesitate!
I like to think the 5 different colors of Czech glass beads represent the five-fold symbols of happiness: luck, prosperity, longevity, happiness, and wealth. This design just makes me plain happy & I hope it makes you happy too!
PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING: (1) This is not your traditional plastic phone lanyard - it is comprised of semi-precious stones, pearls, and glass beads and should be treated like a piece of jewelry for your phone. If it gets crushed or hit, there is potential for beads to break. (2)Although the closures are strong, it should solely be used as a safety strap around your wrist while holding your phone; I do NOT recommend you use this as a wrist strap to swing your phone around on (it has been thoroughly tested for this over months and did not break but I still would not recommend this).
