As all items are carefully hand-crafted and many are made-to-order, all sales are final.

 

SIZING CONCERNS

To ensure the perfect fit, please contact me before purchasing if you have any questions about sizing. Sizing issues after an item has been received are not grounds for a refund.


DAMAGE UPON ARRIVAL

If your item arrives damaged, please contact me at stephanie@shopsojie.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and image confirmation of the damage so I can promptly resolve the issue for you.


GENERAL WEAR AND TEAR

Once an item is worn, I (Sojie) am not responsible for any damages that may occur.


PRE-AUTHORIZED RETURNS

For any returns that have been pre-authorized by me (Sojie), no refunds will be issued until items are returned in new, as-shipped condition to the following address:

Original shipping costs and taxes are not refundable, unless the issue was a mistake on my part. The customer is responsible for maintaining tracking on all return shipments.
