A NOTE ON PRODUCTION TIME

Many of my jewelry pieces are made-to-order just for you! Please allow a production window of 7 to 10 business days before your order is shipped. Occasionally, this timeframe may be slightly extended if I experience a high volume of orders.

By proceeding to checkout and agreeing to the Terms and Conditions checkbox, you acknowledge and accept this production timeframe.

My ultimate goal is to craft your pieces with care and get them shipped out to you as quickly as possible! Thank you for supporting my handmade business.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

I am currently only shipping within the United States via USPS. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

 

ESTIMATED TRANSIT TIMES

Sojie is based out of Los Angeles, CA. Most USPS orders, once shipped, are delivered within 3–6 business days, depending on your region and current postal service operations.

ADDRESS ACCURACY & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Please double-check that your shipping address is correct and deliverable during checkout.

I am not liable for undeliverable packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer at checkout.

If a package is returned to me marked "Undeliverable," "Insufficient Address," "Unclaimed," or similar, I can reship your order once the correct address is confirmed.

RE-SHIPMENT COSTS

Customers are responsible for the actual shipping cost to re-send the package in these circumstances.

TO MY INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS,

I sincerely apologize but as the sole owner and operator of this new business, I am currently not shipping outside of the United States. I hope to expand my shipping options to include international destinations in the future. Thank you so much for your understanding and I truly appreciate your support.
